Return Policy

Return requests may be initiated through the Rarest website within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase, wherever applicable.

To ensure a fair and efficient return experience for all customers, Rarest reserves the right to apply return charges to accounts exhibiting an unusually high frequency of returns. Such charges may be determined based on the number of items returned or other operational parameters, at Rarest's sole discretion.

In cases where reverse pickup is unavailable due to pincode serviceability limitations, customers may be required to self-ship the product to the address communicated by Rarest. Such limitations may be temporary or long-term, and resolution timelines will depend on operational feasibility.

For eligible self-shipped returns, courier charges of up to ₹120 will be reimbursed upon submission of valid proof of shipment. Any additional reimbursement or concession may be granted solely at Rarest's discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Customers are advised to use reliable and economical courier services, such as India Post or other reputable courier providers, to ensure safe delivery of the returned product.
